Online Nursing Assistant Skills Course?

Does anyone know of an online course that will offer college credit (minimum of 3 hours) that will pretty much match this description:

NAA 100 鈥?Nursing Assistant Skills I
Hours: 3

Provides knowledge and skills for nurse aides to assume the role and responsibility required in a long term care setting. The focus is communication, infection control, safety, resident/patient rights, and basic nursing skills.
Components: Laboratory, Lecture
Attributes: Humanities

Just a note, this is just a course, I don't want to take the entire program to become a Certified Nursing Assistant, I just need this one course to be able to get in a program for sonography.

I don't know that there would be any online cna programs that are accredited within the industry. One really needs to practice their cna skills in a hands-on environment such as transfers, hoister lifts and patient safety as you mentioned. Please steer clear from the online, for profit schools such as penn foster and stratford career. Former students posted complaints at this site: http://www.ripoffreport.com and search 'penn foster' or such.

I would stick with the county vo-tech school or community college (perhaps non-credit course) and forgo private expensive career schools, just a word to the wise.
