Is it hard to get a job as a nurse just out of college? |
Is it hard to get a job as a nurse just out of college? Ha! I had 3 job offers two months prior to graduation. no way..hospitals are starving Nope EASIEST profession to get a job in. Im a biology major pre-med, but im thinking of changing to nursing because you get hired right after you get out of college. its def. in demand.. At least in Canada, there is a shortage of nurses so you are almost guaranteed a job after college. It has the highest demand. It is easy to land a job ,if you like to work beside the hospitals. You can work in the clinic, school,and nursing home. No nurses are in Great demand.I would say that you best bet right of college would be a nursing Home facility,They pay very well and you can get great experience her before working in a Hospital. Definately not.There is a huge demand for registered nurses in the work industry! You should have no problem.Good Luck |
