How hard is a Nursing Major?

So after two years of prerequisites (Microbiology, Chemistry, A&P, English, etc...) I got accepted into the Nursing Program at my college, my advisor told me I was in the top 25% of applicants.
My question is how hard a major is nursing and what should I expect? Any tips would be great. Thanks

When I was in school, my nursing major demanded at least double the actual classroom/ lab and clinical hours then did any of my friends in other majors.

It is hard work. Especially since clinical evaluations or subjective. So develop good relationships with you instructors/ professors and nurse preceptors. Show up on time, know your stuff, and be accountable and responsible...and have fun!

It is an intense program. You have to do clinical work, so make sure you have plenty of time.

It will not be easy...but you got thru the first 2 years...so just stay focused...don;t let anything sidetrack you....don;t miss class and you should be fine!
