With roots dating to 1929, the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) is the oldest women's health care organization in the U.S. ACNM provides research, accredits midwifery education programs, administers and promotes continuing education programs, establishes clinical practice standards, creates liaisons with state and federal agencies and members of Congress.

The following nurse-midwifery education programs are scheduled to be reviewed by the Division of Accreditation (DOA) Board of Review (BOR) for continuing accreditation in June 2006. Please email any written third party comments to Nancy Dickerson or mail to the DOA at ACNM, 8403 Colesville Rd., Suite 1550, Silver Spring, MD by Monday, May 15, 2006. Your comments will be included with other program materials at the June 2006 meeting. In all instances, your comments must directly relate to the continuing accreditation of this program and the DOA Criteria for Programmatic Accreditation, October 2003. Please cite the particular criterion of concern in your comments. The link to the critieria is on the right side of this page in the gray box.
