Nursing- Why do they just hand these degrees out? |
Some nurses I work with talk like hicks and have no sense? They must hand their degrees out like drinking water- you know the ones- the nurses from community college who barely make it out and work in a hospital 1 year and think they can run the system and are it- Us docs just laugh- our 10 years of college versus their 1 and they think they know to use gentamicin when a pt. has MRSA, or even worse- give digoxin when a pt has a hear rate of 55- or gives potassium when I order kayexlate and they do not question it? These nurses are idiots-I want a nurse from a University- not B.F.E.: Losers I actually have to agree with you. It's really bad when you have to SPELL gall bladder and tubal ligation for the surgical nurse while she is taking your history! Yes, this happened to me! well my community college is one of the best in the state... so ... you can't classify ALL community colleges like that!!! So what's your question? Sounds like you should have used the BLOG feature instead. |
