I also want to find hospitals that would sponsor me for work visa. I am a canadian educated in U.S.for nursing

I want to find hospitals that can sponsor me for a working visa but do not know how I should go about it.
Do I just apply for any job on hospital webpages like a normal American would and ask them up front? or is there any other way for me figure out which hospitals would be willing to sponsor for working visa for me?
How should I go about finding a job?
Can anyone help me figure out what to do to find a job in U.S.?
I am currently on my last semester in U.S. college of nursing and will soon graduate but do not know how to look for jobs.

Help wanted as usual & find what you're looking for and apply on line and you need to explain your immigration status and if they have any opening, they'll contact you and let you know what documents are needed and as soon as they receive it ,they'll send the neccesary papers for you to enter the U.S.legally with a working visa.
