Where can I find colleges, that offer auxiliary nursing courses in England?

I am from Illinois in America, but I am considering going to England to reside. My future goal is to get into nursing, but I want to start out as a auxiliary nurse. The thing is I cannot find a college that offers that certain program. So please help in the right direction, because I am getting frustrated.

I work for a Nursing Agency in England. We take people on for Auxiliary work with no experience - we provide a 4 day course of training & then you start in low key areas, domicilairy care for example.
There are several things you need to have to work within the NHS (via an agency, less if directly with the NHS) - you need to make sure you have all your vaccinations up to date - rubella, chicken pox, hep b (this is a 6 month course, so don't even attempt to sign up to an agency if you haven't started this), you will need to provide a police check covering you for 5 years from all places where you have lived, plus references.
If you enrol on a nursing degree, you are able to work as an auxuilary until you graduate.
Be aware, the wages aren't great - we value the caring professions! But agency work allows to to make your own hours & you can study at the same time.
At the risk of being a traitor to my employers, you could try NHS Professionals - the NHS agency for the same work. Try the link below & good luck.

Look for books, or for websites, or maybe even go to a college counselor. You'll find something.

An auxiliary nurse in the uk doesn't necessarily have to have any formal qualifications. Usually they take NVQ (National Vocational Qualifications) courses while actually doing the job.

The following website may help you.

as has been said you can work as an auxilliary with no qualifications. But be warned if you want to train as a nurse in the UK you must have 5 years residency before you can enroll on a nursing course.
