Is Santa Monica College a good school for Nursing?? |
if not, what are other schools?? I don't know about SMC, but try doing on research on vocational schools for nursing. You get a smaller student to teacher ratio, therefore you get more individual attention and that helps you accelerate. I went to a vocational school for a degree in law, and I'm so grateful that I did. Vocational schools can save you a lot of money and time. There are even more scholarships and grants available if you attend a vocational school. And they are just as respected as Universities. I dont know about nursing, but santa monica is a liberal rat hole El Camino College in Torrance & Harbor College in Harbor City/San Pedro actually have really good teachers for nursing. My mom got her RN @ El Camino & still takes courses at Harbor. The classes tend to be smaller and have more hands on time with the teachers. |
