Is there a difference If I go to a community college or a 4-year college if I'm taking a nursing course?

I got accepted in one of the colleges that I applied to and I got a scholarship, but it will still costs me a lot. Do you think it's better to go to a community college instead?

I think when it comes to nursing, I would go with the community college. The community college is cheaper and you will end up being an RN just like if you get a Bachelor's degree. You will also finish much quicker also. Once you have your community college degree in nursing, you can turn it into a bachelor's degree, once you are already working, by taking additional classes. At that point, your job will very likely offer tuition reimbursement.

go to community college for 2 years and transfer. when you get ur degree from a real college it doesn't matter that u went to CC

Attending an accredited community college for 2 years is an effective & economical way to get an education. You can then transfer to the 4 year college and finish. Check to ensure that the community college credits will transfer to the school of your choice.

Check the respective schools to ensure their nursing departments are accredited with the regional accrediting agency for education programs for nursing. Most departments have their accreditation prominently displayed in their main office, on their departmental brochures, in the university or college catalog, on the school website, to ensure that everyone knows their program has validity.
