Is philippines college better to get into nursing or in the us college and get and then ill go back to the us?

If you're in the U.S. and can get into a nursing program there, it's better. It will save you a lot of hassle in the end.

Some nursing schools here in the Philippines are excellent. And the cost is considerably less than in the U.S.

But to return and practice - even if you are a citizen - you need to take special exams and that can be a pain.

If you can afford it, you should goto US college. I assume you will eventually want to work in the states, so a Philipines diploma may not be recognized in US.

Yes, Nursing programs of well known Universities in the Philippines are comparable to that of other schools abroad. Many nursing graduates in the Philippines had been accepted for a nursing jobs in the US, UK and other parts of the world.
