Hey Everyone! My question is which college major do you think i should major in? Business, Nursing, or CompSci

About Me:
2nd year Junior (so i need to make up my mind asap :)
- never was that good in science in high school (avg B,C) but nursing interests me because i would want to help people.

- I've been interested in Business for the past few years. (got pretty good grades in econ) However, after taking a few courses I can't help but not like profs.

- I do like computers as well, but i've heard negative things about the profs and course of difficulty in my college.

So i guess what i'm basing my decision on is:

Out of these 3 majors which one would has the best job outlook, and also, which one would you do. Thanks all in advance I appreciate it :)

You should take a course that you are most interested in.

everyone has different skills and different talents .. no one can make the decisions for you .. you can only do it your self .. what i would do and what i m doing is sciences .. BIOLOGY AND CHEMISTRY .. b/c my brain doesnt work for busniess and computers as well .. and i love bio ..
what i would advice you is that ... you shud do what u love to do and study to do .. you dont wanna study and get a job you just have to do and not love to do .. for that you could volunteer .. and see what interested you the most ... its never too late to figure out what YOU ! wanna do ... with YOUR LIFE ! ..
good luck with your decision .. take
~wun luv~

You are drawn to nursing, and you know it.

Buisness. the options are endless. good luck!

First do not go into nursing if you are looking for money with out specializing. That is where the money is in nursing. As for business look at owning the business as a decision maker of whether you want to do this type of work.
I am with you in the science doesn't interest me much. Maybe look at respiratory therapy, speech path,or special care as a helping field that also makes big bucks. If medical interest you then become a doctor and help the unfortunate that doesn't have money. Best wishes in what ever you choose.

All three offer good job prospects, in terms of independence and abiity to travel. Are you thinking in terms of money? Then go for computers or business. If you are a people person and like to work with people and help people, then nursing may be for you. In my opinion, nursing would make for the most interesting university courses. Personally, I would probably do nursing, but then I'm a retired teacher, so I am a people person.

You should with some reflection answer that yourself. Takes three different kinds of people to pursue these careers.

Are you entrepreneurial?
Are you a people person?
Are you a geek? *lol*

Don't base it on the professors, base it on how interesting the course material is to you. Sounds like you like business and computers---try a major in one and a minor in the other.

All three areas are part of my FFD formula to success and empowerment, but since you ask which one I say NURSING.
Why? You make the money and have a job.
In America its # 2 on job market and is projected to hold until 2014.
Next you continue studying and not have to remain in nursing while holding on to your job. Work is more by hours not by day to day.
Also if you like it once your in , take you to MD.
So: Nursing.

be a nurse
