Is nursing a college major? Yes, at many 4-year schools you can earn a degree in nursing. A woman can receive a B.S. in Nursing as well as MS and PhD. Yes if the college offers it. You can get a college degree in nursing. Some colleges don't offer a nursing program, but instead have a pre-nursing program. It was when I went to college. In fact it was my major. Registered Nursing to be specific. Nursing is a bachelor of science degree. yes but it's not offered at all schools |
