Yes, at many 4-year schools you can earn a degree in nursing.
Petersons.com offers a database of schools that offer nursing degrees; you can earn up to a Ph.D. in nursing. For example, in Pennsylvania, Duquesne University and Gannon University offer nursing degrees. Many "big name" schools have nursing programs: Duke University, Emory University, Boston College, Kent State University, New York University, and MANY MANY others. I did a search on Peterson's and 726 schools nationwide were listed. You can search by tuition cost, location, and number of students attending.

A woman can receive a B.S. in Nursing as well as MS and PhD.

And nursing is just not a bachelors degree- there are practical nurses, and RN who have ASN's and diplomas.
