What if a first year college taking up nursing and goes abroad?

I have a friend who is a first year college in the Philippines taking up nursing and plans to go abroad (U.S.) within this year. Will she start form the beginning? Are there ways for her not to repeat when he studies there?

She will probably have to start her college studies all over again, but some courses may transfer. That depends on the university where she's accepted.
