Nursing College in Virginia?

Hello,
I recently moved to Newport News, Virginia with my husband. I went to a semester of college (pre-req) for nursing while I was still back home. I have 17 college credits. I am looking for a school I can attend now. I need to start going back. All I need is a college that is close by and that offers a Bachelor of Science of nursing. I have heard that Norfolk State & Hampton are basically all black schools & I am white. I need to finish my pre-reqs. Does anyone have any suggestions???

PS: Would I have to pay out-of-state tuition since I recently moved? It was b/c of military.
