I have a degree in management .can i start up with nursing course ?

if i can start the nursing course then with what course do i have to start?

If you plan to attend a four year university nursing school, your basic required courses in social studies, math, and so forth would count. Any chemistry courses might count if they are not simplified courses just for BA degree. That means a lot of the first two years of nursing school would be covered. Anatomy, biology and pathology courses would be required.
