What kind of degree do you need to be a nurse?

to be a delivery room nurse?

1.-You can be an LPN. License Practical Nurse. After your high school, only takes one year and 6 months.
2.- you can go little more than two years to college to have an associate in nursing or RN. (Register Nurse).
3.- Little more than 4 years and you are going to have a baccalaureate in nursing.
After any of this you need to have an especial training in the delivery room.

Depends on where you live. Many areas still have AS Nurses (2 year degree) but some are turning to BS Nurses (4 year degree).

If you want to work with patients, and associate degree from a community college will do. (A.S.)

If you want to b*tch about how you dont get no respect, then a bacherlor degree will be required. (B.S.N)
