Where can I work with a degree in general studies?

I have a degree in general studies, applied sciences but I don't know where to look for a job and what kind of job to look for? I was in nursing before changing my major to GNS

i don't think general studies gets you anything..

no offence but you need to find something more structured.. a little more specialized

Shoulda stuck with nursing. General is exactly what it says on the tin, not specific enough.

Ever thought of taking your knowledge and turning it into an on-line business? People are out there willing to pay you to learn what you know.
There's a great link you can research - just send an email and I'll gladly send it along to you.

You can possibly teach in a private hig school. Try an administrative position in an medical office, HMO, hospital, or a sales position in pharmaceuticals (They make pretty good money), medical equipment sales, or customer service/call center positions in health organizations.

It sounds like you are perfectly qualified to be a grade K-8 teacher. Get a certificate and get going. What were you thinking, general studies? Did they not have a career guidance department in the college you went to?
