Do i need a degree to start a nurse staffing agency in ohio?

There are few cases where you have to HAVE a degree just to own a business. If you are simply the owner and not providing any medical advice or services, I'm sure there will be no problem. However, the state may require that you have someone on staff who is medically licenced. The easy way to find out what you need to do is to start by contacting a SCORE counselor. SCORE is a nonprofit group that works though the SBA to provide FREE startup consulting. They have chapters nationwide http://www.score.org. Good Luck.
