How much does an registered nurse w/ a bachelors degree earn starting out generally?

IT DEPENDS ON WHAT PART OF THE COUNTRY, OR STATE YOU LIVE IN. HERE IN NEW JERSEY I THINK THEY START OUT AT ABOUT 17 TO 20 DOLLARS AN HOUR FROM WHAT I HERD.

around 8k a month, plus bonuses

THat sounds really high, check out salary.com.

It really depends. Like in San Francisco, a new grad RN starts out at $35 an hour. My friend who moved back to Nebraska is now in the low $20s, where I am in the $30s in Southern Cal.

Just on a little note, you stating an RN with a BSN has no relevance in pay unless you are a manager. And, you can't be a manager unless you have your BSN. I'm a two year RN and I am graduating with my BSN this year. I expect and know I will NOT receive a pay raise.
