Nursing program in USA?

I was wondering how long will it take me to finish Nursing(associates degree) here in US. because I heard that it will sometimes take too long before a student get in the nursing program and it's just an associates degree. If I want to continue it to B.S.nursing wiil it take me another how many years?I'm currently in my 1st year and still in liberal arts.

Please do answer if you only know the answer to mt question. Thank you so much!

please go to a technical college for your nursing school instead of a private school

I went to a private nursing school and a private massage school and they both had their major errors.

technical colleges allow you to keep you class credits and transfer to another college instead of allowing thousands of dollars to go down the drain so don't mess up like I did

To become a nurse in the US, you get an Associates in Nursing. That takes two years. A BS will take you another two years.

To answer your second question, nothing is gauranteed. If you look at a course outline for nursing school, it is laid all so that you can take all of the required classes in two years. However, if you fail a class or don't register for enough credit hours, it will take longer.
