Where to go for peer reviewed nursing journals related to differences between bsn and adn nurses???

I have to find a few PEER RELATED NURSING JOURNAL articles related to the many differences between an associate degree nurse (ADN) and a bachelor's degree nurse (BSN). Any suggestions?

Try the American Journal of Nursing - www.ajnonline.com

The American Journal of Nursing is really good as it is a frequently revisited reference on the very question you raised. The basic educational standards between programs is one of the many professional objectives reviewed and continually monitored by the National League for Nursing (NLN). Good question. Your question Amanda is one of the many educational objective questions LPN's, ADN & BSN degree nurse's ask... as it has a lot of bearing on pay, job responsibilities and amount of education required of each degree.
