Can you work in the NURSING field with a CRIMINAL RECORD (1 misdemeanor)? |
Does anyone know if it's even worth trying to get a nursing degree and then get a job working in a hospital, if you have a criminal record for shoplifting from 8 years ago? Is it impossible? Should not be a problem. You can find out for sure by contacting your state board of nursing or the head of nursing at the college you are interested in. Don't try to hide it as a complete background check will be done anyway and you will be found out. you could hve a misdemeanor and still be a cop |
