basically you don't want this person to die from hypovolemic or septic shock, remember when you plan the priories are airway,breathing,circulation(shock)(iv fluid replacement)and sepsis then skin integrity whatever debriding or dressing changes and dont forget knowledge deficit and patient family teaching
