Does anyone know if it REALLY matters what graduate school you to go to get our Masters degree in Nursing? |
I am debating between University of Miami, Barry U. and FIU. any advice would be greatly appreciated Make sure the university is accredited. Then test it out by contacting the universities that hire online nursing educators to teach part time and ask whether they'd hire a graduate of any of those schools and what their first choice would be. Call the people who hire nursing personnel with masters' degrees and ask them also who they'd hire, a graduate of school a, b, or c. as long as you graduate it doesnt matter where and what!! flu university is good for master one of my friend did nursing from that university.. Right now with the MAJOR shortage of nurses, I'd be willing to bet that they can't afford to be too picky.. Do you already have your RN? Check out you state board of nursing in your state, they usually list which universities are accredited. Also, what specialty are you interested in? There are so many different avenues that you can choose but you need to know which speciality. |
