What can i earn with an associate degree of nursing?

Nothing, unless you get the nursing license that it alows you to obtain. If you do that , the sky is the limit.

Here in the Phoenix area if you work nights on a floor or an ICU about 29-32 per hour right out of nursing school.

It's all relative to where you live or work. Go to www.salary.com and you will get a fairly accurate range. Doctor's offices pay less but offer regular schedules. Hospitals and other facilities pay more but schedules are inconsistent.
