What is the meaning of associate degree in nursing?

You're a registered nurse. You are involved in patient care and critically thinking to deliver proper care to a patient. However, RNs can do lots of other types of jobs, such as circulate in surgery. It takes 2 years and pay varies on location. Starting out in OK is generally around 35 or 40 an hour.

2 years of college and probably registered but not making the same amount of an RN with a BSN.
