Differences between associate degree in nursing and bachelors of nursingdisadvantages and advantages?

An associate's degree would be a two year degree, and you would be an lpn. They get paid substantially less than an RN, which is the four-year bachelor degree and tend to do the more "clean-up" type jobs.
