How can i get my rn degree online;i don't have any nursing degree or certs.? Hi there! I am an ER nurse in CA, here to give you what I think. Anyway you look at it, you have to do clinical hours in a hospital setting to get your assoc. or bach. degree in nursing. You probably could get your generals out of the way online- but make sure they transfer first! You don't want to waste your time! Hang in there and if your interested at all, sign up on several different waiting lists at different colleges a couple yrs in advance, as there is usually a very long wait. Reason being: there aren't enough people willing to become nursing instructors. Nursing is very rewarding- healing people in every way possible. We need more nurses!!! you can do many of the pre-req classes online but you have to get the clinical classes on campus. After the degree you can further your education online no problem |
