I have an associate degree in nursing degree, can get a job with out a certificate?

As far as I am aware you need to be registered, depending on your state. If you have an associates degree, then most likely you earned your RN credentials and should be able to get a job at a hospital or a clinic. A bachelors degree would look more impressive on a resume, but there is no direct substitute for on-the-job experience. All-in-all I believe it depends on what you earned with your associates degree, wether it be RN or whatnot.
