What jobs OTHER then nursing can i get with a nursing degree?

im due to qualify as a nurse in august/september and there's no jobs really, due to the nhs having no money. what other options are open to me?

Well, Baby Boomers are turning 65 (or already did.) In a few yars, the caregivers needed in Senior Living Homes will SKYROCKET! They already are, but in a few years, they will be even more in demand.

well, theres nursing and then nursing. oh sorry, you said besides nursing. well, you could move to an area of the country that needs nurses. or go back to school for something else?

- To start with you could work in the private sector (not NHS)..

- University is prove that you are capable of a specified level of eduaction and 'scientific standard' of communication, although quite specific there must be a number of jobs in the area of nursing that you could investingate..

Yeah, Blair has a lot to answer for. Go into the private sector. They'll bite your hand off to recruit you. I was offered a deputy manager post in a nursing home after 3 years NHS experience with a "promise" of a regional post after 2 further years - 拢28,000 pa One drawback. Don't compromise your professional standards.
