How would i go about on getting my bachelors degree in nursing? |
I am a student at CSULB. The nursing program here is extremely competitive! So i was wondering about an alternate route to get my degree. What is the BEST way in doing so? I'm sure there are lots of ways to get your degree. But the most straightforward is to just stay where you are and do the work. Well I am a current student at CSULB and recently started the NRSG Program. I was on the Alternate list before I was admitted into the program. Work hard and try to get all A's and get at least a 80% on the TEAS test. Report It Try applying you never know because I heard that Males have more advantages. Anyways if you do decide to go for an alternate route, I say you can go to LBCC. Report It I was accepted there and it seems like it is a lot like WAY EASIER than CSULB except in the end you get your RN license after you pass the NCLEX, but you only get an AA degree. Report It The RN NRSG Program at LBCC is 2 years and the pre reqs are the same as CSULB except you do not need any CHEM courses. After completion of this Program and getting your RN license, you can then transfer to CSULB's Nursing Program. Report It Since you have your AA Degree and Rn License already you will be applying for the RN-Pathway Program which takes 2 years to complete. Report It Please try: http://www.nursingmasters.com They have lots of good information on various nursing degrees both Bachelors and Masters |
