What sort of work can i do in the medical field that's NOT nursing, but requires a degree and pays similarly |
i was headed toward a nursing degree, didn't get very far before i realized that i have a bit of a bleeding heart and cannot handle sick patients all the time without becoming seriously depressed. i would still like to do something in the medical field helping people, the sorts of jobs that require a bachelor's and nothing more for the moment, and preferably something that pays along the same lines as an RN. what sorts of jobs are there out there like this? the pay is more because my husband is interested in my getting that kind of pay (lol) and the helping people part is all me. im not interested in going further than a bachelor's (yet), so that is why i'm wondering about bachelors degree medical professions...any information is appreciated! thanks! In order to get a nursing degree, you have to go to nursing school for 2 years once you've finished 2 years of nursing school prerequisites.
