Can anyone tell me of a good counselor near Appleton Wisconsin?

I am severely physically disabled and am looking for a counselor or psychologist in my area. Appleton, WI.
I need someone to talk to about my problems besides my nurses or parents. I live with my parents. You can imagine how that would be.
Also maybe sex therapist and or sex educator. Questions on that subject Didn't have much education in that area. And no talk from parents.

A good pastor would be your best bet.
