What are some careers that require a BS or BA in any area? |
I have a BS in Audiology & Speech Language Sciences. I worked as a speech therapist for a year & was ridiculously bored with the work. I found it rather mundane, and not the least bit challenging. My kids never made progress, and I spent an entire year doing paperwork and saying the alphabet. The only part I enjoyed was our software that was designed to help with care-plans and meeting with parents. I want to get out of this field and find something more challenging. I am thinking about nursing, and am taking prerequisites now. I love my classes because they are challenging, but want to explore other options because nursing school is so darn expensive. I am also interested in finance, customer service, and business. I might consider sales. What careers or employers should I look into that would require a BS/ BA in any area, or no post-secondary education at all? You have so many questions. I can refer you to the Washington state employment office web site. They have a link on the left side of the page that is titled "career". |
