Career with many options?

what are some careers that have many options?
like if i get bored doing what i'm doing, i can do other things with my experience and education.

HYPOTHETICALLY: if i became a doctor and i got bored of it, with my past experience i could quit my doctor job and become a masseuse, a chiropractor, a nurse, etc. so a doctor is a career with many options.
^NOT saying this is true, it's just a quick example.

does a nursing career have many options? if so what?
how bout a hotel manager?

I'd suggest a general degree in business, such as business management. You could get a job anywhere:
-- a government finance dept
-- a corporation's business department
-- a financial services firm
-- a not-for-profit
-- etc.

The skill set that you learn as a manager or finance professional is largely transferable. And most jobs in the area have a decent salary.

Nursing is good in that you can get a job just about anywhere in the US. So if you like to move around, it would be a good selection. You could go from a hospital to a school to a doctor's office.

Good luck!
