College education will be my first step to pursuing a career in nursing. I am strongly interested in hands-on and humanitarian work. I hope to specialize in medical-surgical nursing and provide short-term and long-term care to all kinds of patients. After I have work experiences, I will open myself to various volunteer opportunities, such as Peace Corpse or Doctors Without Boarders projects.

This needs to be well written, but I am my limits here. Any advice?

Obtaining a college education will be my first step in pursuing a career in nursing. I am strongly interested in hands-on and humanitarian work. I hope to specialize in medical-surgical nursing and provide short-tern and long-term care to all kinds of patients. After I have gained vital work experience, I would like to volunteer for a variety of projects and organizations such as the Peace Corps and Doctors Without Borders.

(hope you can use some of my suggestions)

this is excellent but if you think that you should use a better choice of words, you should look in the thesaurus or dictionary.and you should check spelling errors.ie, Peace Corps.

i have only one suggestion.
"I will open myself 'up' to various volunteer opportunities, such as Peace Corpse or"

Provide a brief statement or summary of your plans as they relate to your educational and career objectives and your long-term goals.

Pursuing a college education will be the first step to my nursing career. I am especially interested in hands-on and humanitarian work. I plan to specialize in medical-surgical nursing and provide short-term and long-term care to patients with a wide variety of medical needs. After completing my clinical experience, I will broaden my nursing skills by pursuing various volunteer opportunities, such as the Peace Corps or Doctors Without Borders projects.

I am going to use College education as my first step towards a career in nursing. My long-term goal is to [US Spelling = specialize; GB spelling = specialise .. modify as appropriate] in medical-surgical nursing to provide both long-term and short-term care to patients of all categories.

I particularly like "hands on" work and would be willing to volunteer for various humanitarian outreach programmes such as for the 'Peace Corps' or 'Doctors Without Borders'. This would allow me to gain invaluable experience that would provide me with a unique insight into the world of "real-life" nursing.
