Any RN's go into a RN-MSN program?

I am thinking of doing this since i am going to be 32 when i finish my nursing program, and definately want to go on with my education. I am thinking it is the more efficient way to go about getting my advanced degrees..but i really dont know. I just wanted to hear from someone who went through one of these programs and some advice or opinions about it.

why not go into a Nurse Practioner program or Nurse Anesethist

There are alot of good programs like these, one of the best is at CSUDH. But I am planning on doing an LVN-BSN program at Indana State U, in prob. 3 years...
