Where can I get student loans in order to go back to school? |
I recently had my 25 year old daughter tell me she was down sized from the job she has and now she wants to go back to school, she wants to know where to get student loans to pay for her education (she has been excepting into the nursing program at WKU) can some one help or is some one out there a philanthropist or do you know one....lol go to http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ and fill out the fafsa right away. this is the free application for federal student aid. since your daughter is 25, she will be considered an independent student. she will need her tax forms from last year and a little time to fill out the application. Check with the financial aid office at the school. They all have them and the offices have more information than you need. usually since you have been excepted into thenursing program the financial office could tell you what loans you can apply for. I know you have to apply to FAFSA you have to apply on line for that first the web site is FAFSA.GOV because the financial aid office will ask you did you fill out that application before any body will approve you for a loan |
