What qualificaions are needed to become a doctor?

I need to do a report on "what qualifications are needed to become a doctor/nurse/nurse practioner; What colleges and education do you need to become a doctor/nurse/nurse pracrioner". I cant find the answer on any search engines. Can you help me with my report?
