why cant it be left to the british people to make these decisions instead of politicians and the like? I agree with some of your statements and it would be great if they happened, but to be honest, i think this country has fallen too far backwards now to ever get back to being "great". We could try and implement some of those ideas, but there would now always be opposing people for what ever we may suggest, due to human rights, race, religion...blah blah. Thing is, it's not up to us "joe blogs public" is it really, and i dont think it ever will be. Shame.

As for your political aspirations, there is one unexplained flaw in your political agenda though.

Immigration, if stopped for everyone, would mean that no foreigners could enter the UK, and you would be resticted to managing only home nation fixtures at the new Wembley Stadium.

The public would soon tire of your xenophobic foreign policy because it would also mean that the majority of English football league teams would be deprived of their star talent.

Before you know it, Crouch and Heskey would be hogging the MOTD limelight, and El Tel would be back in a Premiership hotseat.

People would begin to hate you because for most people, football is way more important than politics.

The Murdoch press would pillory you because Sky Sports subscriptions were in freefall, and nobody would want to buy their ad slots.

There would be no need for immigration if the great British family unit had survived. Birmingham the second city(HA!), in their wisdom, systematically dissembled the close family homes that had existed since the old queen died dispersing family members far and wide to the back of beyond. The old way involved a huge support network for many generations in one family to support each other and instill discipline, respect, and child minding for the working moms, all within streets of each other. Fragmenting the family led to fewer children being born partly due to support and also cost. The large families who took care of gran and grandad vanished, in it's place we have an average of two kids disgraceful "old peoples homes" and taxation of extortionist proportions. Help has to be given to single mothers and immigrants have to be allowed in or there just wouldn't be enough workers creating taxes for the future. I don't like this scenario but here we have it. Why can't we operate a policy like Australia and filter the immigration to suit the need of the country and try to restructure the old "family" through housing etc. The only winners in this country are those large families who stick together and support each other. Their numbers are growing and we are not on the list.

Britain will always great! .. its the best country in the world without exception.!!/ and the reason why it is - is simply because of its tolerance and willingness to adapt and prosper to new and challenging situations and ideas.
