Should a level of education be in the way of finding a good person?

my cousin who is a doctor is waiting for the right girl. He finally find this beautil girl( I mean beautiful girl!) that he knows for a fact that she is a good girl with all the personality he needed in a girl, but the difference is that she is a nurse aide in a hospital and going to college. They said Hi to each other, but he wants her to start the conversation instead of him. he has been waiting for her to start the conversation for a while now and never happen. What do you think he should do?

I think he should stop playing games and if he likes her, he should speak to her. She may be shy and/or she may have been raised that it's the guy's place to make the moves, not the woman's (even though times have changed).

I don't see what your question has to do with level of education though. A PhD doesn't guarantee a person is a 'good' person, just that they were relatively intelligent and diligent academically...likewise someone who didn't finish high school might be quite intelligent, just doesn't have the academic background of a college educated person.

Be careful about stereotypes...

He should talk to her. as long as she has a H.S. DIPLOMA and she is a nurse aid thats good enough. as long as she dont hav 10 kids or no job.

no just stay away from the retards

All he has to do is go up to her and ask her if she would like 2 go out and have a cup of coffee with him sometime.

where did the level of education come into play in your question. you asked if he basically if he should make the first move or if he should wait for her to do it. if he's any type of MAN he wouldnt be waiting I dont know to many that would especially with an attractive woman...tell him to go for it

he should just start the convo, since he really likes the girl. Its not gonna help if he keeps waiting. One day, this girl of his dreams will leave him if he doesnt speak up. Girls dont know if a guy likes them or not, unless they talk to them. So tell him to start talking to her!

Start the conversation himself! The protocol in a hospital is that there is a pecking order in a hospital where the RN is usually about the only one who talks to the doctor and sometimes an LPN. The doctors as a rule do not want to be bothered with a nurses aid so the nurses aids are supposed to be seen and not heard unless spoken to by the doctors.

dang are you asking this for yourself. He should talk to her and stop being so stuck up!
