My Uncle was an Orderly in NYC and he was leading Group Theraphy in Acholoism and they told him if he got a degree he'd make more money and they'd help pay for his degree.

So I imagine he went to the CLOSEST college he could and got his AS in Nursing and make $5,000 more a year once he got it, doing the SAME JOB.
