What is the starting pay for a dialysis tech or nurse in the usa? and what degree of education is required?

Nurses in USA start at at about 20 dollard an hour. This is regardless of the specialty area. They can have either a 2 year degree, 4 year degree, or a 6 year degree. They all get paid the same unless they work in management. After you have a nursing degree you must take a board exam and pass that before you are allowed to practice in any state. The salary will go up with years of experience.
