Does anyone know how I can get a personal loan to be used for education when you have VERY poor credit? |
I am signed up to go to nursing school. Classes start next week. The total cost for the program is like 42K. (Books and some uniforms are included in the tuition). I have gotten Financial aid and Federal student loans for the first 26K. Because of the type of school I am going to attend that is the most I can get in federal student loans and financial aid during the 23 month program. I need to get a personal loan to cover the rest, but my credit is REALLY DAMAGED. There is a loan I can get through the school if I have a co-signer. I was considering asking a few of my family members to see if one of them would be willing to co-sign for me. I have been trying with the school to get this paid. I was wondering if anyone knows of a company that would give a person in my credit situation a personal loan to pay for my education. I have waited over 4 years to get into a nursing program and I don't want to lose my opportunity. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance for any answers I get. There is nobody taht is going give you a loan to make-up the difference from 23 to 46, but the only company I know is the Princeton review ucle rich. |
