Masters degree in Nursing? |
Can you recieve a master's degree in nursing without having your Bachelors degree in nursing??? I heard you can get your bachelors degree in another major such as education etc.. and then get your master's degree in nursing, you just wont have your masters of science in nursing. and if this is true, what can you do with a MN? You must have a Bachelors in Nursing to get a Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN). Depending on which Masters program you are interested in they may also be a requirement with regards to work experience in a certain Nursing Specialty. I know the Masters in Nurse Anesthesia requires at lest 2 years of critical care experience before you can apply. |
