I m permanent resident with foreign high schoo diploma i want to pursue my education in nursing, how it work? |
and they ask me to take a 2 tests one for a nursing exam and one like a GED Please try: http://www.nursingmasters.com They have lots of good information on various nursing degrees both Bachelors and Masters The GED is a high school equivalency test. if you graduated in a foreign country you must take the GED test to enter any college in the United States. They just want to know you know basic reading and math skills. The exam for entrance into nursing school is just to let them know how much you know about health related information. The people with the higher scores are chosen first. If you score lower, you will be placed lower on the list. At least that is how it worked when i went to nursing school. Good luck!!!! |
