That the nursing education in the philippines is progressing? Do you want to know if the nursing education in the Philippines is progressing? Sorry, your question is a bit vague. I haven't heard that the Philippines is having a nurse shortage, nor are the enrollments being down in nursing schools, so I assume that they are indeed progressing. |

I would go where your heart is. In twenty years your dream job will just be a job. Nursing is VERY stressful, 12 hour shifts, bad working conditions, nasty doctors and patients, and your feet alw... I did it last year and it was hard work but really worth it. For nursing you need to do the biology/science element of the course, lots of people on the course with me went on to do nursing and fou... Probably not much in most cases. If you're lucky you could find an employer that pays tuition assistance. I recommend applying for financial aid to see what you are eligible for, you might... You're too late to do any applications for funding outside the school your son will be attending. But the school itself should have several options. Your local library will be your greatest... administrative nursing, clinical manager, nursing supervisor... that's only what I can think of off the top of my head. not to mention that it's another step towards nurse practitioners.... Pell grants, local grants, and national grants for nursing are readily available. Even with all of the ones my wife got, it still cost us $40k for her... |
