I have created a Communication Passport for my Special Needs Kids. Need Advice?

I have two kids with Global Developmental Delay. My eldest attends a Special Needs school and loves it. My youngest is attending mainstream nursery and loving it too. They need lots of one-to-one care and get it through education, physio and speech therapy.
I created a Communitcation Passport for them both and had great fun doing it. If anyone needs ideas or help, just let me know. I know its a bit daunting to start the whole process, but they are brilliant things to have. My son was in Hospital last week and it came in handy for the nurses to read and get to know him when I wasn't there.
