Malarone help please? |
I have a few questions about Malarone. Please only answer if you know the answer! This drug is useful only to prevent one type of malaria i.e. malaria falciparum. It should be started at least two days before you travel to the endemic area (infected area). You should continue taking it till you are in the area. You can stop the drug one week after you return. The tablets should not be skipped. It should be taken as I have described. You are protected only as long as you take the tabs. |
