Post Nursing Boobs? |
O.K. for all the women who have nursed your little darlings and the babe has been weaned. What stategies or suggestions do you have to improve the bustline that do not include surgery. If you are a post nursing mama you should know exactly what I mean!! I figured if we all share of strategies for bust improvement we can create a positive forum for us to share. You know; create a post-nursing "sisterhood" :) Check the question often I am looking up info and will share info as I find it. Someone suggested the following: I agree with "mom of girls"... get a good fitting new bra... WWWWHHHHHAAAAAATTTTTTTT I bought bras that are comfortable and make the bust line look good. That was about all I could do after nursing 3 babies. OK, since no one seems to know how to do a search, I will get you started here. I would go and ask at a local gym what exercises you can use to improve your bustline but it also depends how big your bustline was and is and type.Mine are little were little(little bit biger while pregnant and breastfeeding)and now little again after two kids mine stayed the same but realy I thing local gym can help.Good luck On top of the push up a little exercise never hurt. Push up those arms or go to a gym and do military presses. Less weight more rep to tone rather than build. Any exercise that gets the pectoralis major and minor working will give you lift and confidence. Good luck ??? my daughter is 7, after i weened her for breast milk, i began doing wall pushups.. face a wall, maybe about 1 - 2 feet away and lean against the wall with your arms....push up. i started with two sets of twenty. my boobs sit up good to be DD's |
